The Teen Apprenticeship Program (TAP) is a unique opportunity for 12 Hampton Roads school students to learn about contemporary art, MOCA, related careers in the arts and other topics and projects as they relate to visual art. MOCA Teen Art Camp Assistants
The volunteer program is open to students ages 13 -18. All students must complete the MOCA Teen Art Camp Assistant Application.
Art Camp Assistants are an essestial part of MOCA Art Camp and are responsible for providing general support to MOCA Art Camp Instructors to include:
MOCA offers other volunteer opportunities for teens including assisting with ongoing classes, researching and recording teen audio tours and planning MOCA's Teen Takeover Nights. Please complete the Teen Volunteer Application to be eligible for future volunteer opportunities.
We are looking for high school students to serve on our Teen Takeover Planning Committee. The committee is responsible for the planning and execution of Teen Takeover Nights where teens take over MOCA for an evening extravaganza of art, mocktails, free eats, and music inspired by our exhibitions.
